Policies

Please review our studio policies before booking your appointment.

Deposits

All services require a deposit at time of booking. Your deposit is applied toward your service total.

Deposits are required for all appointments and are due at the time of booking through our online system. The deposit amount varies by service and is clearly listed on the booking page.

Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a no-show or late cancellation (within 24 hours of your appointment).

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the deposit.
Rescheduling with 24+ hours notice is always welcome — your deposit transfers.
No-shows will forfeit the deposit and may be required to prepay future services in full.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and your deposit may be forfeited.

If you anticipate being late, please call or text us as soon as possible at (619) 361-1441.

Payments

We accept all major credit/debit cards. We also offer flexible payment plans through:

Klarna — Pay in 4 interest-free installments
Afterpay — Pay over time, interest-free
Affirm — Monthly payment options available

Cash payments are accepted in studio. Gratuity is always appreciated and can be added at checkout.

Health & Safety

Your safety is our priority. Please inform us of any of the following before your appointment:

Skin conditions, sensitivities, or allergies
Recent use of retinol, AHAs, BHAs, or Accutane (waxing contraindicated)
Pregnancy
Recent cosmetic procedures or surgeries
Active skin infections, open wounds, or sunburn in the treatment area

We reserve the right to decline service if a health condition poses a risk to you or our staff.

Aftercare Guidelines

For best results after waxing:

Avoid sun exposure and tanning beds for 24–48 hours
Skip hot baths, saunas, and intense exercise for 24 hours
Do not apply fragranced lotions or products to waxed areas for 24 hours
Exfoliate gently starting 48 hours post-wax to prevent ingrown hairs

For facials and skin treatments, specific aftercare instructions will be provided at your appointment.
